Rasha obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan in 2006, and then continued her MBA in Practice, from Change Zone in 2010.

 

Rasha started her career by working in Al Oula Events & Conference Services as Events Coordinator, then as a Public Relation Officer in the Information Technology Association of Jordan – int@j. Afterwards; her passion to the Civil Society drove her to join Partners-Jordan in the beginning of 2009 as a Program Officer, to manage, and coordinate local and regional projects and activities, in addition to handling the public relations and marketing communications for the center.

 

During her studies; Rasha was an active member in the Community Service Office where she trained in HIV/AIDS awareness, organized environmental programs also participated in many training courses such as: Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Youth Leadership, Creativity, Gender, NLP, Leadership, Governance and Advocacy.

 

Beside her full time job; Rasha is a committed member in Follow the Women International Association - Jordan, where they aim to empower the role of women in the Middle East and to raise the awareness of foreigners on the situation of conflict in the Middle East. Rasha is also an active member with Takafo’ Coalition; which aims at supporting the rights of People with Disabilities, and encourages their political participation.
